Mariah Prendergast is a Journalism and Mass Communication, and Political Science, student at the University of Iowa, scheduled to graduate in May, 2018.
She was the Editor-in-chief of her high school newspaper, The Waukee Arrowhead, and has been determined to work in publishing or communications ever since.
Currently, she serves as the Director of Public Relations for the non-profit investigative new organization, IowaWatch, and she works for the Iowa High School Press Association.
Mariah will be moving to LA after graduation to pursue her career in communications as well as professional acting and modeling.
Her inspiration for co-founding RIMM was the desire to see young minds connect with one another in a meaningful way, to assure people in the same situations as her that they are not alone in their worries, and they are probably doing just fine.

move up north to Minnesota or Wisconsin (go Pack go!) Cassie joined RIMM so she could help aspiring artists and writers get their foot in the door and make a name for themselves. She hopes to be able to promote people’s work and help them achieve their goals throughout her time at RIMM.
